We currently do not ship directly internationally. Customers may utilize a U.S. shipping proxy service.

Refund & Exchange Policy:
Our policy is designed to maintain fairness while protecting both our customers and business integrity.
In Hand Refund Policy:
All sales are final once items are in hand. As a small independent business, we maintain strict policies to ensure sustainability. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
A temporary suspension of purchasing privileges will apply in the following cases:
1. New Release Refunds
• We support community drop-buddy practices
• However, multiple purchases followed by refunds impact inventory management and other customers' opportunities
• All refund requests during new release periods are subject to this policy
2. Preorder Cancellations
• Refund requests made before the standard 6-month production window
• Early cancellations affect production planning and capacity Quality Assurance Returns: For items received with quality concerns:
• Return shipping label provided • Replacement issued (subject to availability)
• Full refund processed if replacement unavailable
• Must align with our established grading criteria
Order Cancellation Fee:
• 5% restocking fee applies to all cancellations
• Covers processing and transaction costs
• Applies regardless of order type or circumstance We implement these policies to maintain a sustainable business model while ensuring fair access to our products for all customers.
Grading Policy
Quality Grading System:
Premium Grade (Preorder Guaranteed):• Highest quality standard
• May include minor manufacturing marks visible only under specific angles/lighting • May exhibit minimal superficial variations in enamel or plating
Standard Grade:
• Minor cosmetic variations from manufacturing
• Slight imperfections visible only at certain angles
• May include minor enamel variations or subtle surface marks
Secondary Grade
• Visible imperfections from standard viewing angles
• May include noticeable enamel variations, surface marks, or print inconsistencies
• Structural integrity maintained
Note: Side and back metal variations, and standard manufacturing polish lines are considered normal production characteristics, not defects.
Preorder Information
Preorder Information
Select preorder opportunities are offered to help fund pin production. Preorder customers are guaranteed premium grade pins from each batch. By participating in preorders, you acknowledge that production timelines may vary.
Production Timeline
Standard production typically ranges from 3-6 months. Timelines may extend due to manufacturer variables and circumstances beyond our control. Each factory provides estimated completion dates, which are subject to adjustment.

For order inquiries, please use our website contact form or email. Business communications, including address changes and order questions, are handled exclusively through these official channels, not social media DMs. Emails are processed during weekend business hours.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping Timeframes
• In-Stock Orders: Processed and shipped within 14 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided once the pin has shipped.
• Preorder Items: Production and delivery typically spans 6-9 months
• All timeframes begin from order confirmation date
Shipping Claims
We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments. Ground Advantage shipping includes up to $100 insurance - please file claims directly with the carrier for any shipping-related issues.
